ETHICAL RULES AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Board of Directors has established ethical rules for the Company and its employees, as follows.

These ethical rules have been disclosed to Company employees and to the public through our website, in accordance with our information policy.

Ethical Rules / Our Board of Directors

The capital market is based on trust above all else, and ethical principles are extremely necessary in this respect, but the rule of law and its defense must be placed at the forefront of these principles;

It is anticipated that the Financial Affairs Manager, Board Member, and Accounting-Finance department managers will:

  • Provide full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosures in all reports and documents disclosed to the public or submitted to capital markets regulators where the Company is registered.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, and principles governing the Company and its relations with its shareholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the spirit, not just the letter, of these ethical principles and strive to establish a business culture that underpins compliance with the law and Company policies in all of the Company’s activities.

However, it is anticipated that individuals who have access to insider information regarding financial statements not yet publicly disclosed must maintain confidentiality in accordance with ethical principles.

  • They perform their duties in their unit or department with discipline, care, and dedication, for the benefit of the Company, and in accordance with the principles of objectivity and confidentiality.

  • They are aware of the importance of subordinate-superior and customer relationships in business life and manage their behavior accordingly.
  • They positively influence their internal and external counterparts by being respectful, measured, modest, active, and positive in all their interactions.
  • They meticulously comply with the law, professional principles, and relevant legislation.
  • They evaluate different ideas, perspectives, and suggestions with a conciliatory attitude and make the most effective, sound, and appropriate decisions for the Company.
  • They avoid political, religious, ethnic, and discriminatory discussions and all illegal activities.
  • They possess the necessary knowledge and experience for the duties they perform. They strive to continuously improve their general knowledge, professional knowledge, and skills. With this knowledge and values, they fulfill their responsibilities in the best possible way.
