HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

The purpose of the Human Resources policy is to ensure that employees are effective, productive, and happy, enabling the Company to achieve a competitive advantage both nationally and internationally. The fundamental principles to be followed in achieving this goal are as follows:

  • Develop and implement candidate recruitment, examination, and orientation systems to ensure the employment of qualified and skilled personnel appropriate to the specific job.
  • Ensure that personnel are employed in roles appropriate to their knowledge and abilities.
  • Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of company personnel.
  • Provide all personnel with self-development and career development opportunities through an effective training plan and program.
  • Maximize the morale and motivation of personnel at all levels.
  • Protect and enhance the material and moral rights of personnel.
  • Work with all managers to create a work environment that fosters employee motivation and strives to establish good interpersonal relationships.
  • Ensure that all personnel develop a corporate awareness, regardless of language, religion, race, gender, or physical appearance.
  • Meet the social and cultural needs of personnel within budgetary limits and make working at the Company attractive by providing balanced social services and assistance to all personnel.

No complaints have been received to date regarding discrimination. Company practices are very open and transparent. No one is excluded based on their religion, language, race, or gender. This issue is a fundamental part of our Human Resources policy.
