Although 2025 was marked by global economic developments and shifting market conditions, we steadfastly pursued our operations, driven by our unwavering belief in the long-term potential of the real estate industry. At İhlas Gayrimenkul Proje Geliştirme ve Ticaret A.Ş., we continued to generate value across the industry, leveraging our deep-rooted corporate experience, solid financial structure, and innovative approach.
In every project we have developed over the years, quality, trust, and customer satisfaction have consistently remained our top priorities. In the projects realized alongside our associates, we aimed not merely to construct residential units, but to build modern, high-quality, and prestigious living spaces that elevate quality of life. Throughout this process, safeguarding the trust of our investors and customers has remained one of our primary responsibilities.
In the final months of 2025, we broke ground on our Bizim Evler 12 project, the latest addition to our Bizim Evler-branded developments in Avcılar, Ispartakule. Scheduled for completion within 36 months, the project will comprise 473 residential units and 25 commercial units. Meanwhile, our efforts to develop new housing projects on the European side of Istanbul continue unabated.
As we carry out our operations, we view environmental awareness and sustainability principles as integral components of our corporate culture. We have consistently prioritized developing projects that promote energy efficiency, contribute to the preservation of natural resources, and foster sustainable urban development.
