DONATION AND AID POLICY
The Company, sensitive to social and environmental problems, may provide all types of donations and aid to those in need in emergencies, thereby supporting social and individual development.
Within the framework of this mission, all requests for aid and support received from those in need, particularly public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, foundations, and associations, are carefully considered. Donations or aid may be made to parties who honestly report their financial needs to the Company and demonstrate them through legal means, in accordance with the Company’s financial capabilities, with the approval of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board and the Turkish Commercial Code, while also taking into account applicable taxes and other legal obligations.
The scope, amounts, beneficiaries, and any policy changes made during the period are discussed as a separate agenda item at the General Assembly each year and presented for the information and consideration of our investors and partners.
